How it works
A thoughtful process, built around them.
📞
01
A conversation with us
We start by speaking with you. We learn about your loved one, what matters most, and what you would love to capture. From there we plan the visit together.
🏡
02
We come to their home
Our interviewer visits and sits down with them for a relaxed conversation about their life. It is gently guided and recorded as it happens. We look through photographs together as we go.
✍️
03
Their story is written
We shape the conversation into their life story, written in their own voice and set alongside the photographs that bring it to life. Nothing important goes unasked, and nothing is put in their mouth.
📖
04
The book arrives
You receive a printed keepsake book made to be handed down. The full recording and complete transcript come with it, so future generations keep their voice as well as their words.
What you receive
The finished book, and the record behind it.
📚
The Keepsake Book
Their life story, written in their own words and brought to life with their photographs. A printed book to sit on the shelf, be passed to grandchildren, and outlast any device or platform.

Families we have helped
Stories that almost went untold.
"We had no idea how many incredible stories Mum had kept to herself. Reading the book together as a family was one of the most emotional evenings we have ever had."
Sarah T., Manchester
"Dad was nervous at first. Half an hour in he was laughing and completely himself. The interviewer was so warm and patient with him."
James R., London
"My grandmother passed six months after we did this. I cannot describe what it means to hold her story in our hands, and to still have her voice on the recording."
Priya M., London
